He prefers painting in front of a crowd and borrows things like lipstick and coffee (two creams, please) to embellish with. Chuck holds two Signatures from International Watermedia Societies, has earned 90 awards within five years, and serves often as a discerning and respected juror. In his spare time, he and two co-founders opened the Ballast Point Gallery in Liberty Station NTC.
