Event Description The Centennial Celebration of Balboa Park has begun. Over the next twelve months the focus is on our beloved park, the great cultural institutions that have developed there and the 1915 fair that spurred the growth of San Diego into a modern city. The San Diego History Center is "Ground Zero" for the Centennial and Noel-Baza Fine Art is thrilled to be joining the party. Noel-Baza will be operating a PopUp gallery within the History Center, offering for sale the work of more than two dozen contemporary San Diego artists. The exhibition, which will change throughout the year, is titled "Under The Same Sky" and features primarily landscapes both urban and rural by recognized regional artists. This selling exhibition will showcase several of the artists the gallery has presented over the last 7 years alongside other artists who share their unique vision of our area. Paintings, prints and sculpture will be presented with a wide variety of work available. Beginning collectors will find affordable artwork with which to remember this Centennial year.
