Medium (Virtual) Review and Festival and is a four-day photography event in San Diego celebrating boundary-pushing artists of our time. This is the only photo festival in the United States that offers tours to Latin America and grants for Latin American artists. From March 3-7 they present workshops for photographers, a renowned two-day portfolio review with leading curators, gallerists, and publishers, in addition to a full day of artist lectures, and a studio and exhibition tour in Tijuana. The juried exhibition Size Matters is open to all and complements the annual Festival. Registration for the 2021 review is on a first-come, first-served basis. The annual portfolio review is coveted by photographers and curators for being a welcoming, personal and relaxed experience. Due to Covid-19, the 2021 review will be held virtually on Zoom.
