This workshop focuses on the ritual cup made with hand-building techniques. Whether you're a tea-drinker, coffee-drinker, ice-water drinker, there is nothing quite like enjoying your ritual beverages from a vessel shaped by the work of your own mind and body. Once the vessel is formed, Adam will walk through a variety of surface decoration potentials so that you can further customize your work with images, symbols, or patterns that bring you delight and energize the object in a meaningful way. At the end, there will be a selection of glaze options for you to choose from so that you can personalize your ritual cup completely. |
