Young artists will dip their brushes into the exciting world of multimedia art! With acrylic paint, watercolors, oil pastels, and more, students will explore a variety of surfaces and materials to bring their imaginations to life. Inspired by popular artists and treasured storybooks, each day is a new adventure celebrating self-expression, encouraging confidence, and spreading the joy of making art. To the canvas and beyond!
Erica Hurley is a third grade teacher at Gillispie School. She recently returned to college and fulfilled her goal of earning a CA single-subject teaching credential in art. She is thrilled to begin a new chapter as an art teacher. She especially enjoys mixed media and three-dimensional art. When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Hurley can be found spending time with her two children, gardening, baking, and of course, making art! |
