The City of Carlsbad’s Library & Cultural Arts Department is seeking a mural artist to create a large-scale mural that will be all-ages friendly and have a strong visual impact. The mural will be located on the west-facing INTERIOR wall of the Georgina Cole Library, located in north Carlsbad near the intersection of Carlsbad Village Drive and Pio Pico Blvd. |
