The City of Carlsbad’s popular Biennial Exhibition is returning this fall, and we are inviting artists from across the San Diego region to apply. The theme this year is “everywhere home”. Applications will be accepted Aug. 1 – 31. No fee to apply. The exhibition is Oct. 23, 2026 to Jan. 3, 2027.
