Application Guidelines and Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Now Available
With the approval of the Mayor and City Council, the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture (Commission) annually funds performances, exhibits, parades, festivals and creative experiences for San Diegans through contracts with local arts and culture nonprofits.
Nonprofits can apply annually through two competitive funding programs. The Organizational Support Program (OSP) provides general operating support to nonprofits whose mission is primarily arts and culture related, and Creative Communities San Diego (CCSD) provides funding for specific projects such as festivals and parades.
The Commission is accepting statements of qualifications from eligible nonprofits wanting to do business with the City in Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019).
