Taste of the Philippines 2021 (TOTP2021) is a unique cultural experience presenting a world-class celebration of Philippine and Filipino American arts, culture and history.
San Diego is home to the second largest concentration of the Filipino diaspora outside of the Philippines. Our approach is to provide a destination event that reflects the diversity and hospitality of the Philippines, showcasing our contributions from around the world. We will attract and highlight local, regional, national and international artists, performers, and talents to educate the public of our past, present, and future.
This free family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 10:00AM – 8:00PM at Waterfront Park in downtown San Diego. Presented by the House of the Philippines, located in Balboa Park, TOTP2021 is our signature event bridging the exchange of commerce and culture between the United States, Philippines, San Diego and beyond.

Taste of the Philippines 2021 will take place on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Waterfront Park overlooking the San Diego Bay. The festival will feature two stages, a blending of local and international cultural and contemporary performers, culinary delights, art displays, an all-ages entertainment zone, and a historical tribute to 1971 that helped define the Filipino community in San Diego.
Due to limited vendor space, we encourage you to apply early as space will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Priority fees and applications are due by August 17, 2021 and a regular deadline by September 17, 2021. |
