The San Dieguito Art Guild presents its Annual Small Image Show October 24 through November 27, 2023.
The show is open to San Dieguito Art Guild members and non-members. Cash awards will be awarded in five categories. 100 pieces will be selected to hang. All work must be original work of the artist and must be for sale. Reproductions (such as Gicleés) are accepted, but they are not eligible for awards or ribbons.

Artworks are to be no larger than 12” square — perfect for holiday gifts and affordable.
Show categories include: oil, acrylic, casein, watercolor, photography, digital art, mixed media, collage, pastel, 3D-wall hanging, ceramic, glass, metal, wood, printmaking, monoprints, and encaustic. No jewelry unless in a frame mounted for a wall.
Take in of work is Tuesday, October 24, 2:00-4:30pm. Artwork must be hand delivered to the Off Track Gallery. Must apply Online. The deadline is October 18 by noon. To enter go to sandieguitoartguild.com “Summer Small Image Show” under the Membership tab or https://sdagmonthlyshownews.blogspot.com/
Unsold work must be picked up November 26 or 27, 11am-4pm.
The entry fees for members (up to 3 entries) is $10 each entry. For non-members (up to 3 entries) the fee is $13 each entry. Payments are made online with the application sign up. Fees are non-refundable. Awards: Best of Show $50 and award certificate, First Place(s) $25 and award certificate, Second Place(s) ribbon and award certificate, Third Place(s) ribbon and award certificate, Honorable Mention ribbons and award certificate. Ribbons, awards and certificates will be provided at the November 18 Art Night reception (5:30 to 8:30 pm) or when you pick up your art on November 26 or 27.
Commission for work sold is 15%. The San Dieguito Art Guild collects necessary sales tax.
The judge for the show is Jayne Spencer who is well-known for her representational works, and more recently for her abstracts and portraits.
