Encore! By popular demand we are presenting Maggie Shen’s food landscape project where the audience is invited to enjoy edible sculptures. Unique taste offerings were inspired by the topography of San Diego representing the 5 ecologies: beach, coastal, inland, mountain and desert. Food connects us with place and each zone has its own flavors: cactus, dates, pickleweed, strawberries, avocado and more.
Come taste a piece of California sky.
