| Event Description |
Quilt Visions 2018: Connections artist Deborah Fell will share with us about her travels and teaching in Japan as the winner of the 2018 Quilts Japan Award. The Japan Handi Crafts Instructors’ Association and Nihon Vogue Company present the Quilts Japan Award during each Quilt Visions biennial to the artist whose work will encourage and inspire quilt artists internationally. The award winner is invited to teach at Nihon Headquarters in conjunction with a major quilt exhibition, Quilt & Stitch, in Tokyo. In this presentation, Deborah will fill us in on the cultural and teaching highlights of her experience. |
